Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MatSide Digital for your digital marketing needs. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with the custom nature of the services we provide.

1. No Refunds on Completed Services Due to the customized and strategic nature of digital marketing services, including SEO, ad management, web development, and consulting, all payments for services that have been delivered or partially delivered are non-refundable.

2. Prepaid Services If a prepaid service has not yet been started, clients may request a refund within 7 days of payment. Once strategy, planning, or execution has begun, the service is considered active and non-refundable.

3. Subscription-Based or Ongoing Services

You may cancel your subscription or retainer agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice.
Any billing for the current service month is non-refundable once initiated.

4. Deposits and Retainers Deposits made to secure future work are non-refundable unless agreed upon in writing prior to project start.

5. Project Delays If a delay is caused by the client (e.g., lack of content, access, or feedback), this does not qualify for a refund. Timelines will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Exceptions In rare cases, MatSide Digital may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion for extenuating circumstances. Such decisions are made case by case.
